Ashley Chookazian

Ashley Chookazian, LCSW-C

Ashley earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University in 2014 and her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. She has practiced in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, an oncology counseling non-profit, and an inpatient psychiatric unit. Originally native to Northern New Jersey, she moved to Maryland in summer of 2019. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, cooking & trying delicious food, getting outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
