Whether our stress is related to the novel coronavirus or not, to manage stress, it helps to get 8 or more hours of sleep each night, exercise daily, take time to relax, limit work hours, limit electronic media, keep regular mealtimes, eat healthy foods, stay hydrated, talk to supportive people, spend time with loved ones and pets, spend time in nature, express yourself creatively (such as in art, music, dance, cooking, crafts, or home projects), and meditate or pray.
