This website cannot display your copayment amounts or balance owed. After you click one of the buttons, simply type in the amount you wish to pay, or Contact Us if needed.
Use the CBPS Payment Portal button to:
- Save a credit card to your CBPS account,
- Make a payment with your saved card
CBPS Payment feature is accessible through your individual TherapyAppointment, patient portal. You’ll need an email invitation from us to create your login. After logging in, click the green “Make Payment” button, on the right side of the screen and follow the prompts. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have.
