Note: In-person therapy is currently limited. Please call us to inquire.
We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Individual therapy takes many forms, depending upon the presenting problem and the therapist’s skills and preferences. Our therapists use a variety of approaches as appropriate, including cognitive-behavioral therapies, insight-oriented therapies, trauma-informed therapies, art therapy, play therapy for children, and others.
Especially for children and adolescents, we sometimes recommend family therapy over individual therapy. Different family therapy approaches may be used, including aspects of behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, systemic family therapy, parent training, solution-focused therapy, and relational therapy.
Feel free to peruse our Staff page to learn more about our therapists and their specialties, or go to our Book An Appointment page to see which of our therapists are currently accepting new clients and to schedule your first appointment.
